New option of stratospheric tracer transport to troposphere by using potential vortecity(PV). PV is calculated above z=12km and scaled to PV-O3 = 50.E+6 * PV (approx. ppb in O3), Below 12 km level, PV-O3 is just transported from above level. (April 8, 2001)
